Hotel `Park` was built in 1920 for its first owner Dr. Siedl of Vienna as a respiratory disease
sanatorium, and later became a retreat preferred by guests fond of bathing and rest.
The property is located at quiet, surrounded by greenery and peaceful location, approximately. 70
m from the sea.
The hotel building includes gross area of 11.695 sq. meters, with the land plot area of 2.678 sq.
meters, and can accommodate 287 guests. It has a restaurant, cocktail lounge, congress halls,
children play-rooms, wellness and medical center, outdoor espresso bar, parking lot etc.

There is a possibility to construct a flat roof, as the town-planning scheme of this hotel zone
envisages the standardization of building heights, as well as widening of the road next to the
hotel for 2.5 meters, so the final road width including roadway, sidewalk and parking places will
be 9.5 meters. This road will be a one-way road, and the town-planning scheme plans for the
construction of an underground parking lot, while prospective hotel renovation includes
`intelligent rooms`, swimming pool with sea water, bigger parking lot capacity, as well as the
improvement of already existent wellness, medical, catering and service facilities.
The first reconstruction and extension of the `Park` hotel took place in 1986. Now the hotel is
not operating because the second reconstruction is in progress, which includes: new furniture,
new bathrooms, new stone floor paving, re-fitting and re-equipment of catering and service
facilities.
After reconstruction, Hotel Park will have a 4* category and will accommodate 287 guests.
